• All orders received by 4 p.m. EST, Monday - Friday will be processed and shipped that day. All orders received after 5 pm or on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed the next business day. All orders are shipping 2-3 day priority mail unless you choose FexEx 2nd day delivery or FedEx Overnight / Express mail ( USPS is $8.80 for 2-3 day delivery - FedEx 2nd day air is $15.00 and Overnight is $18.00 ... We reserve the right of carrier)
• No orders will be shipped on Holidays or Saturday or Sunday.
• You will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking information, when your order has been shipped.
• Orders will be shipped to P.O. boxes by USPS.
• All orders require the signature of an adult when the delivery is made.

Refund Policy
• There are No Refunds after an order has been shipped. If you open a bottle there is NO refund. I understand that all sales are final. I further understand that I cannot cancel my order or request refunds once the package is shipped. I am fully aware that no refund is given if I change my mind and decide not to take the product or upon my physician’s opinion that I should no longer take the product. I realize that if I have mistakenly provided an incorrect address and the order was shipped to that address, I will receive no refund>
There are No Refunds after an order has been shipped. If you are issued a Return Authorization Number to return the product - you are charged for the shipping and handleing plus $10 per bottle for re-stocking fee. There are NO returns on opened bottles.s
